Me and my friends quit playing wow and i forgot to cancel my subscription. I used a cc to pay for it. Its now 1 day after and i didnt suspect them to charge me on my cc and i thought my account would just go inactive. Is there anyway to cancel my subscription and not pay for it through customer service? I got charged 15$ for another month. Thanks and appreciated =]

I really don't think this is something they're going to be able to help with via e-mail. You should have stuck out the wait.

Awesomely, this is something the Billing department may be able to assist with via e-mail now. While it was generally not done in the past, if they can verify enough from the registered e-mail address, they may be able to assist with the refund. While I cannot guarantee anyone specifically can get a refund, it is a possibility. They just need to confirm things like the account holder being ok with the locking of the account (as the system is not meant to refund, an account is generally locked down for the remainder of the sub). There are other factors involved too, and they need to review your account before they can confirm a refund is even possible, but keep an eye out for an e-mail response if you did e-mail in!
