Change servers due to ISP issues?

If it were deemed that it would be necessary due to connection issues with a particular server, could customer service move my account to a more viable server for me?

**BTW Here is what was posted in Tech forums...

Here is my problem....

Various times and days I would get a random "Disconnected from server". Seems MORE on Tuesdays (after maint.) and around 10pm-12pm server time. Since or around 3.3 this has been a problem and never before (which just may be a coincidence). Now, there was another instance that this was a problem and Blizzard put up a post on how Comcast customers in the SE US were having routing issues and communicating with certain servers. I, along with a lot of GA/FL customers seem to have this problem occasionally. That is a minor problem that most of us can deal with, however, this random disconnect over and over again is a problem. I know it is not my internet connection timing out, I am on vent with a 39 ping and never disconnect from other games like COD:MW, BF2:BC and various other programs.

Now... Since Blizzard insists that it is my ISP, addons, game installation and so on, I figured to entertain the idea of eliminating every aspect.

1. ISP - I live in Florida, and thanks to state legislation we have a "proprietary provider". This means only one utility company/cable company and so on per country. (Non compete situations to keep cost/price down for the consumer - lol, right) I explained to Comcast the problem and the "Regional Residential Supervisor" got involved and was actually quite happy to have Line Tech come and a series of reg techs come out.

A. They check the signals on my upstream/down in which the tech showed me that is optimal for my connection. (10 Down 3 Up Max avail in SW/FL atm)
B. They have given me 3 different modems, Sci. Atlantica, Motorola Surf board and a business class modem. (I eventually settled on the Motorola as I've always had pretty good luck with)
C. Swap out my Netgear router to ensure that it wasn't a setting.

2. OS - I figured to strip my 200g raptor drive down to a glorified to OS/WOW machine. (All drivers are constantly updated and maintained.)

A. Windows XP - No add ons... Nothing... I don't even have a windows background...
B. Windows Vista - LoL Ok, I have a dusty copy laying around I thought I'd try it for a couple of giggles.
C. Windows 7 - Same as XP

3. Machine - 2 Desktops and 2 laptops

A. Self built - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor
4000MHz Hyper Transports / 45 nm Deneb 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB / NVIDIA 9800 GX2
B. Alienware - Area 51 ALX Intel CoreTM i7 975 3.33GHz (8MB Cache) Extreme Edition Quad Core Processor / ATI Dual 1GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon
C. Sony VAIO Laptop - F Series 1.73GHz, 8GB Ram
D. Dell Inspiron 1525 - 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo 2GB DDR2

4. World of Warcraft - 0 Add ons and tried absolute min settings to max

A. From 1900x1280 resolutions to 640x480 resolutions / widescreen to norm
B. Min Settings to max settings
C. Authenticator
D. Changed PW

Needless to say, I exhausted every aspect on various computers and I get the same result. Tuesdays I disconnect and from 10-12 server I will get randomly disconnected. I know there are plenty of people having the same problem. I am not even on a high pop server either.

So... the ONLY other solution I have yet to try would be switching to a East Coast server. I am currently on a central and it MAY be the problem. I get a better latency from various east coast servers I have been trying recently. However, I have 10 80s that I do play, and the thought of paying $25 for each transfer is not only large expense to "try" something out, I'm not sure if it would resolve my problem. I would be happy to try, but I don't feel it should be ANOTHER expense I should have to pay for. I wish I knew what US servers were located where when I was originally making my selection, but now I would love to just get this resolved.
