So i had a total /facepalm moment earlier and left my 2s team when i meant to leave my 3s. Is it possible for a GM to restore my personal rating or am i going to have to grind it back out again?

Gamis is correct. I'm afraid the Game Master staff does not have the ability to adjust your personal rating after you've left and rejoined the team, Trumin.
