Account Suspension

Hello, my account has been suspended and I am unable to post on the forum so I am using my brother's account to post. I had found out about my suspension from when i purchased a subscription card and when I went to activate it using my battle.net account i had found my password to be changed. Knowing that couldn't be good, I set a new one and tried clicking on my account where it read this:

You are unable to access this page because this license is banned, locked, or suspended.

Yeah, just as I feared. So I looked at the wow website and it said to check my emails for the reason, and so I did:

Access to the World of Warcraft account ********, has been temporarily disabled due to a dispute filed against the account's past payments. This dispute was filed by the bank, credit card provider, or financial institution associated with the payment on the account. As a result of this dispute, funds paid on the account were withdrawn from Blizzard Entertainment. This is known as a "chargeback".

The total withdrawn by this chargeback was: $14.99.

The account is now considered by Blizzard to have a negative balance, and will be unavailable for play until any and ALL outstanding balances have been repaid to Blizzard.

Alright...

I got this email in January and the last time I played was in November. Also here is a 3 day notice for my account expiring on January 3rd for a subscription payment that I had not made along with a notification of my battle.net password changing. I get the suspension email a week later on the 10th.

So I send an email about the problem and I haven't gotten a reply yet, and every time I call, the Blizzard support automated voice says there's an abnormal amount of callers and all the supporters are busy. I've been trying to call for three days and still no luck at all.

The questions that I have are if I can get the charges off of me, because my account was hacked, and since that person made illegal methods of payment, I am innocent? And if I can't get the charges taken away, can I use the $30 subscription card as a payment of the $15 and get one month playing time instead of two?

Any help on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

FOR THE HORDE!!!!

When a 'chargeback' is filed on an account, then that is an issue which will require direct contact with our Account Services staff to resolve. It may take some patience, but your best bet is to call - when you do, please use a land line phone if available. It's also a good idea to keep a ready finger on the redial button.
