2 battlenet accounts, Same first name/last

Okay So I want to make a recruit a friend with a new account under my name. I already have a battle.net account and I wanna know.

1]Can I move a character from one battle.net account to another batle.net but under the same person first name/ last name?
remember the two battle.nets use two differnt emails but same first name and last on accounts

2] will I get the rocket mount?

3] is this against the ToC

Yes; however, the new account must be merged for at least 30 days before you are able to transfer the character to another Battle.net account. That being said, it is not necessary to create a separate Battle.net account to take advantage of the Recruit-a-Friend promotion. If you would prefer, you can create a second World of Warcraft account from within the same Battle.net account. These accounts will remain independent of one another, so you will be able to play both accounts simultaneously.

Once you are charged for two month's worth of game time, you will be able to claim the Rocket Mount.

Nope. These actions are account specific; however, I encourage you to pay careful attention to the Forum Code of Conduct (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/forum-coc.html?sid=1) to ensure that the second account is not actions as well.
