Unable to get Warlock Succubus class quest.

I've recently started playing my alt Warlock, and leveled to 34 half-mindedly ignoring the pet quests.

As of now, at level 34, I've completed the Felhunter quest.. However, on every single website, for every single quest NPC will not offer me the quest, the starter for the quest, or any of the steps.

Confirmed - NPC in Undercity will not give quest to talk to NPC inside temple.
Confirmed - Gan'rul Bloodeye in Org will not give quest.
Confirmed - Alamma in Silvermoon will not give quest to go to Undercity.

Not sure if this is the appropriate place for this, but I'm highly frustrated and found one other similar post, and he was helped.

(Quest should be "Devourer of Souls" - Undead Warlock Succubus pet chain.)

Any/all help will be appreciated.

Did you start the chain at any point, Semi?

If so, you need to follow up in that particular chain - for that city. If memory serves, that one is not interchangeable on the NPCs for the following steps.

Devourer of Souls was completed on 4/27 on this character, Semi. Complete up to News of Drogran where you need to go to Ken'zigla at the Malaka'jin.
