ArP for warriors in Cata?

So whats the deal with ArP now? I keep waiting to see some kind of post to help explane what you guys are are doing to the Arms tree and so far nothing. First you say your taking ArP out of the game and then you say your going to put a passive ArP buff in the Arms tree?! I’m getting mixed signals here! Because whats the point in giving us a passive ArP buff after you remove all gems and other such items from the game?

Well, it likely won't be "massive" and more importantly, it will be controlled. We can decide exactly how much armor pen you can get out of your talent tree and you won't be able to go over that by getting more powerful gear or skewing your stat choices so heavily in one direction.
