Help in Recruit-A-Friend-Promotion-Land

PLEASE HELP!!!
I recently set up a second account in order to partake in the benefits of the Recruit-A-Friend Promotion Program. I purchased a 90 pre-paid game card as well as the game (Retail) and have applied it to the referred/recruited account as per the instructions. In checking the status of my referrals through Account Management it shows me in the 10 day trial period and has not changed in the last 24hrs. I also can not use the recruit a friend features such as summoning, and gaining triple experience. I believe I have done everything as needed and followed the instruction in the received email verbatim. I've come here because every time I call I get told no one can help me and to call back later, not to mention that my in-game ticket was no help to me either. At this point I am frustrated… and it seems out $60. Any help would be appreciated. It would seem I am not alone in this issue!

Enaud, I am showing the Recruit-A-Friend you sent out was used on the Battle.net account you are posting from. It is still sitting as a stand alone trial, so it sounds like a different account got upgraded. If you would like to send out a new Recruit-A-Friend e-mail, as well as provide the character name and realm from the account in question, I can attempt to add the Recruit benefits for you :)
