"The direct online upgrade option is currently unavailable. Please contact Billing and Account Services to upgrade your account, or try again at another time."
I've called account services several times in the past two days, only to be told to call back later. I've sent an email and got a reply saying that they've received my email.
My question really is how long is this service going to be unavailable? I can't seem to see anyone else with this issue on the forums.
