Need help ASAP - Account HACKED

I woke up this morning after recovering my account and I'm seeing that my password has been changed and an authenticator has been put on my account..

I REALLY Need some help with this, I am NOW GETTING EMAILS that my characters are being transferred -- This is really freaking me out, not only is an authenticator on my account but billing is closed and my characters are being transferred!!!!!

The Paid Character Transfer for the character TINYDEMONA on the HELLSCREAM realm has been completed successfully. This is for the World of Warcraft account (Removed for GMs)

The Paid Character Transfer for the character LITHÃŒUM on the HELLSCREAM realm has been completed successfully. This is for the World of Warcraft account (Removed for GMs)

PLEASE Reverse these, stop these, do SOMETHING. I can't do anything as I can't get into account management because of the authenticator.

I was going to transfer the characters TODAY but I guess that isn't even happening.

I just checked armory and my characters are also naked, missing items...

Oh, trust me - sadly, we see repeats all the time. Not a lot to explain.

Energies at the moment need to be focused on finding the source so this pattern doesn't keep repeating, and trust me - if they CAN get back in, it WILL.

Billing should be able to help with a great deal of this - may be awhile before the restoration can be completed though.

If its at ALL possible could you let me know if they are truly naked / missing gold or anything? Not sure if you can check.

They were transferred with funds and dressed - so they aren't totally stripped.

What happens in a case like that is these are undone - I cannot attest to the state they are in compared to how they were, but they aren't naked prior to the move - that's actually a good sign.
