Unable to leave arena team?

has anyone had any issues where you cant leave a 2v2 team, there are no names showing up in the team window. i can't /teamquit because it says i need to promote someone to captain, and i can't /teamdisband because nothing shows up also i cant /teaminvite.. anyone experienced this before or know a work around?

Can you log out of the character for a few minutes, Amwahs? Let me know when you have done so.

and tried disabling all addons
tried reloading ui
tried loading up a new wow

Hmm, perhaps a full UI reset would have been necessary, Amwahs, I didn't have an issue disbanding the team. If you experience any other issues you may want to give that a try but as it is you should be set.
