• Character name(s)
  
• Realm(s) the character(s) are on
  
• Level, class, and race of the character(s)
  
• The time and date of the loss (as precisely as possible)
  
• How the item(s) or character(s) were lost (if you know)

Once your request has been received, a member of the In-Game Support staff will do their best to restore the character. =)
