is GM tickets for ingame restores backed up? its alrdy been 4 days on my GM email. i dont want to send pointless emails that back it up anymore haha. thanks :*)

It sounds like the source of the compromise is on your system, Portman. Unfortunately you will need to go through the motions of getting this Authenticator removed once again. You may do so by contacting Billing & Account Services either via e-mail: [email protected] or by calling 1-800-592-5499 during their hours of operation, which are 8AM to 8PM PST seven days a week. Your other option would be to post on the Technical Support Forum.
