Can i cancel my wotlk trial subscription? If so how? I activated a new month and i cant play because i dont have wotlk installed/i dont want to install because i get errors.

Billing is the only department that can remove a trial - this is true.

As long as you are the legitimate account holder, the questions are usually quite simple to answer. Confirming your identity here would be the only thing I know of to pursue this, Billing of course will let you know if they require further information.
