Item restore taking too long

so my account was hacked and yea i regained control of it and took all the steps to prevent this from happening again now i'm stuck with 2 80's that have no weapons or pve gear i understand it takes time to process and all that but i got hacked 20 days ago and counting and i haven't heard from blizz since the day after i just want to get an idea of how long this should take or if their is even a chance i might not be able to get my toons to their original state. please any information would be greatly appreciated =]
