Paid Character Transfer Declined

So the full story is as follows and is explained as detailed as possible.

I had 2 accounts, 1 was hacked last year and i sent in emails and was told that blizzard couldnt help.

My second account was hacked 2 weeks ago my character Bane was stripped of everything, that night i rang blizzard because i believed emails wouldnt help at all, i managed to get the account back restored and could raid again that night was very happy, everything had been done right.

I thought to myself to ring about my other account, so a few days later i did and the account was given back to me and merged with my battlenet account. since this account had no play time on it i transfered my paladin to my 2nd account and renamed it. Paladin was called banewaane then was changed to banemode.

i have my palain back but no gear or gold on him that he had before so i send in a ticket about possible restoration and get a reply in email and ticket, i send another ticket explaining carefully what has happened to not confuse anyone.

i get an email thursday about character restoration complete i am very excited, log in game and have no restoration, i check the email and it says that they have restored character Banè and that there is a limited number of restores. I think this is odd but as they havent sent anything to Banè there isnt a problem and since im making a decent amount of gold leveling i just think to let it go.

Now with my paladin back i have started to level him again, i got him back on monday and played through to thursday night on this character. I wake up friday morning with an email saying paid character transfer declined, apparently blizzard believes my account was compromised and that i did not authorise the transfer of my character, in this email is a bunch of helpful tips about how to fix compromised accounts and how to go about getting them back. However i cant seem to find the link or tip to help when blizzard makes a mistake and locks a character out, i tried calling all morning for about 2hrs (living in australia that is all morning) to the customer support and failed to get through. if i try to Enter World on my Paladin Banemode i get the message 'You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete.'

The email also says that the unauthorised transfer was from the first account which had no play time, that was my transfer, there could not have been a second unauthorised transfer of this character from that account as it was not on thre to transfer.

So in short Give me back my character please.

I'm sorry there was any confusion over this Bane - and yes, it had everything to do with a compromise report so close to the transfer.

This character should be available again. If you find it's not - or you need further assistance, please do let us know.
