How much for Authenticator

Can GM please inform me how much the international rate is for the Authenticator to be shipped to New Zealand.

I am very unwilling to enter the credit card details as there is NO indication of the cost prior to entering the payment method. My address is already there and the Store knows the destination so why has the cost of delivery not already been calculated and included in the total PRIOR to being asked for my CC info.

When the Authenticator first came out I was going to get it but the shipping costs was in excess of $50 US + the cost of the item, for an item the size of my big toe which made it an outrageously piece of overpriced junk.

I understand the shipping rates have dropped but since there is no indication prior to entering the payment method I am very reluctant to proceed in case I get charged shipping at what I would still call an overly exorbitant rate without the opportunity to decline.

(also as I have already posted this suggestion in the Suggestion forum I'll say it again here though in this same post), please include an Authenticator when purchasing Cataclysm when it comes out, that way everyone will have one and account compromises will hopefully be reduced)

This sounds quite odd, pulling up on my end, I can see there is a showing for shipping cost before the request for payment method. Below the address you select to ship to, it also has shipping method, with the cost right next to it. Specifically, I used the site to place the order for an authenticator to New Zealand, and the cost it showed was around 20 dollars for shipping, and this was before it asked me to put in a credit card for payment. So now you know about what to expect for shipping, but I also recommend checking for updates on your web browser, or trying the transaction with another web browser, to see if you can get the page, and pricing information to show correctly. We would not like for people to be purchasing goods without knowing the actual cost, so I do apologize for any confusion from not having the shipping costs display for you.
