GDKP raid scam/ninja - no response from GM

I participated in a GDKP run Saturday night on this character. The raid leader, [removed], stated the raid to be a GDKP ICC 25 run VERY clearly in trade chat and multiple times in raid chat before the first pull. No loot was reserved. There was NO vent used, everything communicated through raid chat.

After killing Saurfang, [removed] dished out loot appropriately for the two Marks, but when it came to the Deathbringer's Will trinket, he simply looted it to himself and immediately "disconnected". He ran off with approximately 17k gold, the Deathbringer's Will trinket, a couple epics that were meant to be DE'd, and a BoE that no one wanted to bid on.

After much discussion in raid, we had the interested people roll for the Deathbringer's Will trinket so that we could at least have it sent to someone who actually won it. Two people rolled, I ended up on top.

I normally wouldn't post something here, but I posted a ticket in-game a few minutes after it happened, and it appears that my ticket was simply closed without any response from a GM, either in game, in-game mail, or an email.

I just want to know that someone is looking into this issue. Even the scripted "we will look into the issue but we can't tell you what actions we do on the guy" email would suffice.
