omg i got hacked and i have an authenticator on it now but ive never bought one how do i fix this?

To have the Authenticator removed, you will need to contact our Billing Department, Sorintrick. They can be reached using one of the following methods:

Ack! I'm so sorry to hear that, Caoilfhinn. To be honest, that's the first time I've heard of that happening; dropped calls happen from time to time, but I've never heard of our system going down just before someone was about to speak with one of our Representatives. I know it's been frustrating, but I encourage you to continue calling to ensure we're able to assist you as soon as we possibly can.
