Raid Gear not Returned to me

I recently got hacked and was told everything would be returned to me with all gems and enchants. I got a chain of emails notifying me that various items have been returned. However, I am missing a bunch of gold and have not recieved my raid gear on my main character.

I have a question. Does everything get returned to me in waves, or is it just all at once (And they happen to forget a good chunk of my good and ALL of my raid gear in the process)?

Currently, the majority of your restoration should occur all at once (though there are complications, such as unauthorized character transfers, which may require further restoration in the future). However, if anything still appears to be missing, then please send an email to [email protected] listing the items that you are concerned about, and our staff will investigate further.

Please keep in mind that no restoration is guaranteed though, and some items may not be recoverable.

Was this an inaccurate statement?


We will always endeavor to provide all possible restoration, so in that it is accurate. We are not always able to, and thus, restoration is not guaranteed.
