I've made 3 purchases from Blizzard's Online Store approximately 5 hours ago:
1) World of Warcraft Classic Digital game license key
2) 1 month WoW game time
3) 1 month WoW game time
I have entered the activation keys for all 3 products under my battle.net account and apparently, the message displayed on the screen indicated that the activation was recognized. However, as of now, the status (under my Account Management UI) for all 3 products are still pending after more than half a day. This is getting very frustrating and I am not sure why Blizzard store needs more than half a day to confirm an online purchase when e-commerce has been around for more than a decade!
I have sent the 3 order numbers to the sales department but have yet gotten any response. At the same time, I'm unable to call using 1-800-BLIZZARD without incurring additional phone charges on my part. I'd appreciate it greatly if you can look into this matter ASAP.
