How long does it take to regain access to an account once it is found to be comprimized?

I just made this trial account so I could post here as my real wow account was comprimized.

I talked to a person on the phone (I still have his return email but I do not want to be a pain) and he said it should take 24 hours to complete the investigation. It has been 48 hours now and all I recieved in my email is that some character's items where stolen and recovered but the account itself is still locked/banned/close.

I do not want to post my account info here in the forums, but just generally, how long should this take? Should I do anything or just continue to wait? Also, am I still paying or when they close the account, my payment method gets cancelled?

ANY help would be greatly appeciated.

It looks as if you may need to call our Billing Department once more regarding this issue, Lock. Alternatively, you could send an e-mail to [email protected] detailing the issue; however, it's possible that this will take a little while longer than a phone call.
