If it is a full version account, you would need to speak with a Billing representative over the phone for assistance in moving the account. World of Warcraft accounts are not meant to be removed from Battle.net accounts once merged, so there is no system in place on the site, but if you can verify your account and explain the situation, they should be able to help you out. As others have mentioned on this forum, you can try continually calling the Billing number to get in if you are getting the busy message, or try back at another time of day since they are now open 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm PST.
