Recruit a Friend conundrum

Somehow my attempt to open a second account for RAF has gone awry. I logged on my primary account (the one I'm posting from) on the website, and I sent a referral to another email address that I own. I then clicked the link there and proceeded with account creation as expected, and everything seemed to be going fine. I checked my primary account and it showed the new account linked with my primary account and on a 10 day trial.

I then logged on the secondary account and I proceeded to upgrade the account and apply 3 months payment to it. However, something odd has occured, for when I log into my primary account on the account management website along with WoW itself, it shows 2 "accounts", if that makes sense...one using the name of my account when it was originally a standard wow account and another simply named "wow1".

I logged back into my primary account on the website, and it does not show the new account I created having credit for either an upgrade nor the 3 month subscription. When I log both accounts in and party characters together, they are unable to use the summon feature.

Somehow, I believe I've managed to create a second "account" within my primary account and THAT "account" is the one my primary account is linked to. The intent was to have the account that I'm logged in with now linked with the one that I sent the referral email to, thus each account having it's own email address.

I believe the issue may have occured because I was attempting to log into both accounts within the same web browser (Firefox 3.6) using separate tabs, and that led to a really big (and dumb) mix up on my part.

I do apologize for the extra headache created by my clumsiness, but I do hope this can be resolved. I would really like that rocket mount for my main character. :(

I have emailed Billing and have not received a response as of yet (email was sent yesterday around 5PM PST) and all attempts to call Billing on the issue have resulted in the automated reply that they are unavailable and to call back later (I have called as of 10-15 minutes ago as well as 3-4 times yesterday afternoon/evening).

Q u o t e:
Just logged in my primary account on the website and it still shows the wow1 "account" listed, and my RAF account still shows as a trial only. I created the new account last night, so if that were the case, it should've been corrected by now.

To confirm, is the character Karik posting the character and account you want linked via Recruit-A-Friend? If this is the case, could you send out a new Recruit-A-Friend e-mail (do not use the code, just send it out) so I can use it to retroactively link your accounts?

Ok, I have sent another referral from the account I'm posting on now to the account that I posted on using the character Karik. This account and the one Karik is one are the ones I intended to have linked.

If I misinterpreted what you need done, let me know. :)

Nope, all is good as long as it is sent out, I will begin working on it now to try and get you attached properly :D

Alright, Kazgrel, you should be good to go and will see benefits appear in game shortly.

I'm in the same boat and haven't been able to get through the past two days.

I'm guessing I've made about 30 calls in that time. Call, get that message, hang up and try again. Repeat for a while until I get bored.

What is going on, Tanknbeans? Did you create a second account but it did not get linked properly?
