I got the battered hilt and did the quest. But I got the wrong Quel'Delar. I need Might of the Faithful but I got Ferocity of the Scorned. I have a in game ticket but its said "Will be serviced soon" for the last 2 1/2 hours and someone recommended posting here.

Currently the queue is running about 12 hours. Plus to get the item swapped, if the GMs will allow it, it take another few days. You do not need to be online or on the character to have your ticket serviced.


I believe they are currently around 24 hours, it went up a bit over the weekend and with the start of Children's Week.

Leaike, make sure you include the name of the reward you received and what item you would like instead. Even if you are offline one of our Game Masters should be able to look into your request.
