Like everyone, I am stuck in the GM Ticket queue, behind the hordes of people hacked.

I am not one of those hacked people :P

My issue is with a character customization. My old character name is locked from a previous faction change and I want it unlocked so I can reclaim it and restore my character's glory :P

PS: I have cookies! Will Bake cookies for gm who answers and fixes my issue! LOL :)

(How else am I going to pass the wait time? Seriously!)
