Compromised account authenticator added

I just signed on today to play on wow and i tried to sign in and someone put a wow authenticator on my account and stole all my gold and gear im guessing and when i try to change my password or login to my account on battle.net it is telling me i must use the wow authenticator code.I cant do anything to fix it can i have some help please!

Unfortunately, this is a very common trend: in many cases of compromise, an unauthorized party will associate an Authenticator with the account in order to prevent the registered user from logging in. :(

You can also email billing@blizzard.com, but I would only do so in addition to any calling attempts.

The international number does work, but Billing is not open at the moment. Their hours are 7 am to 8 pm Pacific Time.

Since this person was in and actively rummaging through your account, I asked it be locked down. You should be getting an email soon with further instructions.

In the meantime, before you have this unlocked, it is vital to find the source of this. If they CAN still get back in, they WILL return.
