From what I can see, Majictoast, the Recruit a Friend account linked to this account is a trial account which is also bound to the same Battle.net account.

If you have another account that you purchased and upgraded then was not done so through the Recruit a Friend promotion. If the account was recently created though we may be able to help, you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They are the only ones that may be able to help.

Give them a call during business hours.

Q u o t e:
thats not possible... i have 19 referals left.

I can assure you it is very possible. The 1 referral you used is currently attached to the same Battle.net account this account is attached to.

Q u o t e:
that i clicked on to activate. and after activating it i made a bnet account..

That would be the issue, Majictoast. You did activate the Recruit a Friend trial account that the invitation gives the receiver. However, you activated it on the Battle.net account that was currently open, which is why you now have this account and an account called Wow1 attached to this Battle.net account.

If you created your second Battle.net account after you clicked the link in the invitation there is no way that the Recruit a Friend trial was ever attached to it. It sounds like you simply started a new Battle.net account and created a new World of Warcraft account.
Q u o t e:

i did raf. i activated it.. i merged it to bnet account. i upgraded it and than i put time on it... and that is wrong?

You can only merge older World of Warcraft accounts, new accounts require the creation of a Battle.net account before they can be created.

Give Billing a call, they should be able to switch things around for you.

Q u o t e:
haha omg why is that even possible?

Technically the Recruit a Friend promotion is intended to invite other people. So as a matter of convenience when the invited player clicks on the link it will direct the person to log into or create a Battle.net account and then easily attach that account without the need of entering a bunch of letters/numbers.

Though you are welcome to recruit yourself there unfortunately is sometimes an inconvenient side effect if the referring account is still logged in.

thats so lame!! haha ok ill call billing. i will have to call billing australia i guess cuz i live in japan? but that means i have to stay up intil midnight to call? does australia have its own normal hours of operation? and they can help with US realms?

All offices are locating in either Irvine, California or Austin, Texas, both in the U.S. We have a contact number for our Australian players but the offices are still out here.

We have over time expanded our hours and are now open 12 hours a day 7 days a week and we are working to hire and train even more staff to handle the ever increasing number of calls.

Good luck to you. :)
