Editing open GM Ticket

I have an open ticket concerning an issue with one of my guild members being hacked and items being taken from our guild bank. I received a response, requesting that certain information be added. However when I try to right click the icon that states "You have received a ticket response. Click here to read it.", nothing happens. No menu or options. I cannot see to find any way to edit this ticket so as to include the needed information to help this ticket along.

I have even closed out the game client, and removed my WTF and Addons folders, and relaunched wow, but still I cannot seem to edit this ticket.

Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you have the option to select, Need More Help, Musclemania?

Ah, sorry for the confusion. It looks like the Game Master based his reply on how the petition system used to work. We would normally escalate a petition and editing the information in would allow a Character Specialist to see the new information when they addressed the petition. Now we usually use the Need More Help option which places you in a special queue.
