I have an open ticket concerning an issue with one of my guild members being hacked and items being taken from our guild bank. I received a response, requesting that certain information be added. However when I try to right click the icon that states "You have received a ticket response. Click here to read it.", nothing happens. No menu or options. I cannot see to find any way to edit this ticket so as to include the needed information to help this ticket along.
I have even closed out the game client, and removed my WTF and Addons folders, and relaunched wow, but still I cannot seem to edit this ticket.
Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.
