Before you are able to set up your subscription you must upgrade your account. Unfortunately, you are unable to make this purchase digitally using Paypal; however, you can purchase the boxed copy of the game from a local retailer. Once you've upgraded the account you will be able to set up the subscription and use Paypal to pay for your monthly subscription.
