I had my iPhone stolen and I use the mobile authenticator. I've spent the last 4 days trying to call Blizzard. I made 70 call attempts where I was told Blizzard was so busy we can't even take your call, good-bye. When I finally was able to get into the queue I was told it would be a 45-50 minute wait.
I've been a Blizzard customer for over 10 years. I've purchased multiple copies of every game the company has released since Warcraft: Humans & Orcs. I've been a WoW subscriber with multiple accounts since the day the product launched. I've paid hundreds of dollars for novelty pets, server transfers and faction changes. Now I have paid with 6 hours of my life sitting on hold and dialing numbers.
The older I get the more I wonder if there is value in continuing to pay.
