Mistakes happen, Impious. Don't beat yourself up over it. We'll still do whatever we can to assist with the restoration process. I expect to see most (if not all) of your items restored as soon as our investigators are able to take a look into your account. :)

Moving forward, I suggest creating an all new e-mail address for your Battle.net account. Use this e-mail address only for your Battle.net account to ensure that this sort of thing does not happen again.

Let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!

Q u o t e:
i dont know if you will come back and read my post again kind sir but do you think that the multiple addresses on a single account is a good thing or a bad thing for wow accounts because the addresses were like day and night not even the same @XXXX.XXX all of that was different

I'm not sure what you mean, Impious. The e-mail address you use for your Battle.net account is linked to each of the WoW accounts that have been merged. It is technically impossible to use multiple e-mail addresses on a single Battle.net account.

Aha. I completely understand now. I suggest choosing a new registered e-mail address altogether for multiple reasons. First, it gives you a fresh start and ensures that you are able to use the pre-existing e-mail to sign up for future web services, newsletters, social networking sites, etc. Second, it will make it easier for you to identify phishing e-mails if you are not receiving e-mails from an older address as well.

Ultimately, it's better simply to create a new e-mail address used solely for the World of Warcraft (and, of course, Battle.net) so that it can be used to review information we send and to contact us via e-mail. :)
