Heirloom Items Dissapearance - GMs Unhelpful.

So I wanted to start a new warlock and use my BoA, when I discovered that my cloth BoA shoulders and chest had disappeared. The last I knew where they were, they were in a mail package on one of my toons. After using ArkInventory and Altoholic to search (with no results) and looking through all my toon's inventories and mail just to make sure, I'm positive that they were allowed to expire by mistake. I was able to locate all my other BoA, including my trinkets and staff. I bought another set of cloth last night, as I'm planning on transferring another toon to Cho'gall with a set of BoA cloth anyway, but I would like my original set back as well.

I put in a ticket to a GM asking if I could have them restored and received a message that they couldn't find any record of these BoA items. Which is bull. They were or are currently on my account, so there would be SOME record of them somewhere, even if it's them being deleted in the mail or sitting on some alt that I somehow missed (unlikely).

I put in a second ticket explaining further and asking to know where the BoA pieces were if they hadn't been deleted, and received the exact same form letter from a GM, telling me that they couldn't find any record.

I know there is record of them somewhere, and I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received from the GMs. I would appreciate any help that might be rendered.

Edit:

The toon the tickets were opened on is Shazem, Exodar-US. The items in question are the Tattered Dreadmist Mantle and the Tattered Dreadmist Robe. The mantle has a PvP shoulder enchant, and the Robe has a +100 health enchant.

Please look in your Priest's email, there should be one there with not 2 - but 3 heirlooms present.

The biggest issue here was the character you submitted the petition on was not the character that seemed involved in this - nor did you list a sending or receiving character.

We do not normally fetch expired mail back, that is already a bit outside of normal scope. We'll do it if we can find it in most cases - but those records aren't retained indefinitely.

There were also 17 characters on that realm that had to be searched through to find these as they could have been on a deleted character and while your 2nd petition had item names, your first one did not and we had no time frame to work with.

While we are happy to be of assistance whenever possible, this wasn't quite as 'simple' as it sounds :). The Game Master was absolutely correct - these weren't to be found in any way connected to the character you submitted your request with.

Do let us know if you cannot see that mail, or if we can be of any further assistance.
