Wow Visa rewards question

so i redeemed some game time from my visa rewards the other day and it said it was going to send me an email, but i never got it. thinking they'd send me an email, i didn't write down the code the website gave me. now i'm out my game time. i know i put in my address correctly, before anyone asks. i always double check those kinds of things. so, what can be done to help me?

I truly apologize for the delay in getting back to you, Dana. This is the first I've seen of your thread. I'm currently speaking with a Billing Representative in regards to this issue as it does not appear that the game time has been applied to your account. While I cannot offer any guarantees on the forums, I'll see what I can find out for you.
