i don't get WHY this is allowed. i seriously don't, i ran this dungeon all night last night for heartshiver dagger and on my first run tonight some warrior named [removed] hits need on heartshiver and wins (of course he wins..) instead of letting me (a rogue) have it. i'm extremely amazed at the situation and it's only left me to wonder why this is even possible. i deserve that weapon, it should be mine. everyone else passed on it. when i asked why he need'd on it, he ignored me and left the dungeon giggling like a lil school girl. i WILL NOT continue paying for a game where my items are going to be stolen. i'm furious right now.. and holding in some pretty fowl language and hate against your current loot system. what can be done?

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you lost a roll to a player who may not have needed an item as greatly as you did, Theogrukia. I'm not sure whether or not the player will ever use the item in question; however, they participated in a roll they had every right to participate in under the current Need Before Greed settings used in Dungeon Finder groups. That being said, if you feel that we should make adjustments to ensure incidents like this do not occur, please share your suggestions on our Suggestions Forum -- we would love to hear them.

The good news is, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to obtain the upgrades you desire. It may take a little longer now, but I'm sure you'll have a new shiny dagger soon enough.

Good luck!
