I have successfully reset the password and can log into the forums on that account so I know the account and the password is correct but I can't use the authenticator so I can't add payment on that account.
I've tried calling for 4 hours and still haven't gotten to be able to get in a queue let alone talk to anyone.
Anyway you could unlock the authenticator so I can log in and add payment so I can get back to playing on that account?
Account starts with(removed).......... you should be able to look it up and see the name is the same as on this account that I'm posting on.
