Authenticator Locked Out

I have 3 accounts and I was trying to reactivate 1 of them and was using the incorrect password. Well this combo managed to "Lock" the authenticator on the account.

I have successfully reset the password and can log into the forums on that account so I know the account and the password is correct but I can't use the authenticator so I can't add payment on that account.

I've tried calling for 4 hours and still haven't gotten to be able to get in a queue let alone talk to anyone.

Anyway you could unlock the authenticator so I can log in and add payment so I can get back to playing on that account?

Account starts with(removed).......... you should be able to look it up and see the name is the same as on this account that I'm posting on.

For future reference, you can just post with the account in question, as you confirmed you could log in to the forums with it. Could you give me a character name and realm from the account in question please?

The authenticator on this account has been reset, if you are concerned of any other log in issues, you may wish to reset the password before proceeding with logging in, but you sound like you have everything covered now :) Let me know if you have any other questions.
