Got my account back but still Chat Banned

It all happened around 5am Yesterday Morning. I got xfered and temporary chat banned for 3 hours it said in the email. I changed all that stuff and have full control of my account. Now I got chat banned at 5am yesterday. Its now almost 7am Thursday Morning. I waited about 12hours for my character to get all my stuff back and transferred to my original realm which is no problem. The thing is I am still Chat Banned, what gives? Shouldent the GM have seen that I was chat banned? I was chat banned for spamming guess the hacker was advertising his website or something. But uhm...Yea I would appreciate it if I could get UNBANNED here. Thanks
