I had this looked into a bit further.
There is an error on this, what exactly caused it - I'm afraid that I cannot tell. Billing should be able to help you more with this.
Two things you could try. One - try to cancel this and retry in Account Management. Now, that may not work either - and it may also place another pending charge on your card.
Two - and what I'd really rather recommend, contact our Billing department to see if they can't be of further assistance with this.
I am terribly sorry I cannot personally be of more assistance at this moment. This is all Billing territory I'm afraid.
