Please Update Form Email

I have not been waiting as long as some of the people on this forum for my hacked account to get restored (I've only waited 2.5 days so far). But Blizzard, PLEASE update the form email you send out to mention the fact that you are currently overloaded and that the "Normal response time" is now MORE than 24 hours.

It is already frustrating enough knowing that I am missing out on getting honor, arena points, emblems, and achievements because my characters have no money or gear. It only makes it worse when I get an email telling me I should be contacted within 24 hours and I hear nothing all weekend.
