Can you change you secret answer?

hi i was recently hacked and they changed my battle.net account and all that i got everything back but i was wondering if i can change my secret answer on actual account so they cant call blizz saying they dont have acess to the battle.net account and have my account moved again i want to put an authenicater on it but if they know my secre answer due to a keylog they can call and have it removed as well.

It's not as easy as you might think to have a legitimate Authenticator removed, Seal. That being said, in some of the more extreme cases our Billing Department may be able to offer assistance in some extreme cases in which the Secret Question & Answer is known by a malicious party.
