Your ticket will be serviced soon.........

Yesterday I created a ticket to speak with a GM regarding an issue I have. Its been almost 24 hours and I haven't heard anything yet. Not a huge deal but what is bothering me is that my status for the open ticket has said: "Your ticket will be serviced soon" for the past 12 hours.

I'm not really trying to complain, just worried that it may be bugged out, and not actually going through. Whenever its reached this stage in the past, its only taken about 10 minutes to receive some kind of response.

Is my ticket bugged?

No, your petition is not bugged. There are times when a petition is awaiting response where the message "your ticket will be serviced soon" remains.

Queue times are currently around 24 hours so your petition should be addressed fairly soon though given the issue the matter will likely be forwarded for further investigation. If we are able to verify the compromise of the account we may be able to reverse any unauthorized transfers but it is highly dependent upon how much time has elapsed.
