My account was hacked on Thursday of last week. This email makes it sound like my gear has been restored and my problem is solved. This would be the case except I am still sitting in Orgrimmar with my tier pieces, half pvp gear, and the level 8 gun I was able to afford off the AH. What steps must I take if blizzard thinks my problem is solved, but is clearly not?
