1. I called 1-877-757-2700
2. I pressed "1" to confirm that I want to subscribe by phone
3. I recieve an immediate call-back to verify the payment.
4. The answering machine states "That this is an immediate call-back to confirm your registration. We're sorry we missed you, please call us again at 1-877-757-2700, thank you"
5. I call back using the same number given by the operator.
6. Process repeats in an endless cycle.
I don't understand what's happening, and my status on my payment has remained "to be pending" for days. I tried doing this again before, and my transaction went from "pending" to...well, it just disappeared. Can someone help?
