Bill by Phone not verifying

I have been using Billl to Phone for years, and only recently has it starting giving me problems. I have two accounts and neither account works with Bill to Phone. The answering machine somehow leads me with instructions that make an endless cycle:

1. I called 1-877-757-2700
2. I pressed "1" to confirm that I want to subscribe by phone
3. I recieve an immediate call-back to verify the payment.
4. The answering machine states "That this is an immediate call-back to confirm your registration. We're sorry we missed you, please call us again at 1-877-757-2700, thank you"
5. I call back using the same number given by the operator.
6. Process repeats in an endless cycle.

I don't understand what's happening, and my status on my payment has remained "to be pending" for days. I tried doing this again before, and my transaction went from "pending" to...well, it just disappeared. Can someone help?

What you have described above sounds like an issue with PaymentOne which could stem from any number of issues. The most common one is that only one account can be registered to a phone number for billing at a time. Once it is "in use" it can not successfully verify on another account until it is "cleared" from being registered with a number. If their system is still thinking the number is being used, then it will not successfully process what it thinks is a second account. It could also be a communication issue with the system. As you are saying you are getting endlessly loop mentioning they are missing you, it sounds like something odd could be up. You may wish to look into PaymentOne for possible trouble shooting tips to their system, or use a different form of payment for the time being, and go back to phone billing a bit later, if possible.
