Upgrade Wrong Account

I upgraded the wrong account, on Battle.net. My actual main WOW account is WOW2 but I upgraded WOW1 [which was an expired trial account]. This will be now 3 days going on to 4 days soon and I still have not yet been able to get on the phone with Blizzard [ALWAYS busy]. I still have not received an email reply. No, nothing wrong with my email because I tried to reset battle.net password and my email has worked just fine. The license expires May 28, 2010. I have lost 3 days so far and is counting- I have not used the accidental upgraded account either whatsoever. One is, when will I be able to finally fix this problem? Why such the long wait? Other companies such as Dell are global and their support is top of the line, and so are other companies. Why does support SEEM abysmal? Well those are just rhetorical questions and I understand the usual "Blizzard has millions of people" excuse and whatnot. But I kindly wish to resolve this problem. Is it possible to transfer the license over from WOW1 to WOW2? And what about the days I've lost because Blizzard hasn't been able to fix it? Is that a goner? Thanks!

P.S. I have had to make a trial account in order to post this since WOW2 is frozen. I do not have the money either to just simply add onto WOW2 again in case some of you suggest that. Hehe. Thanks!

My best advice on this is to keep trying to call Billing - that would be the fastest resolution for you once you can speak to a representative.

One method to get into the queue that many of our players recommend is to spam the redial button. Once you are in the queue, please do hold so that one of our representatives may assist.

I do recommend NOT using a cell for this - those can sometimes drop calls when you get transferred.
