Billing turn around time

Hi all,

I was wondering what the turn around time for a Billing email response is. I filled out a form today about canceling my account earlier this month that I am still being charged for. I would just like a ballpark time (24 hours, 7 business days etc).

I am very happy there is an email option for sorting these things out =)
