Ok so since April 15th I have been having trouble with Blizzard they have been being extremely ignorant I petitioned them about 2 weeks ago stating my account had a RAT trojan that took control of my computer from an email I opened earlier from an email that looked similar to yours. I was afraid of the ban, I opened and there it was I went to your "Account page" and bam... Instant RAT Trojan. Obviously a human... He took my computer and stuff over at 1:00 hours. He used not only to screw me over in World of warcraft but also in runescape, also in my document files and then decided to mess variables up in my HARD DRIVE. I have been through hell and back and the only response you can give me is unfortunately we cannot restore the gold because you were INDEED gambling? come on get real, I pay 80$ ever 6 months... I dont need to gamble I already have enough... but I am going to be thrown under the bus and told I cant have GOLD That is mine THAT WOULD BE NO HASSLE FOR YOU! You have infinite gold.
secondly, I was in a rotten ICC 25 (name not applicable) was leading and we go to suarafang... we downed him and the token of vanquisher dropped he looted both and ran, then I petitioned a gm that I won one, and then later he proceeded to ask if I wanted to but the token for 6k gold. He is aloud to sell it to me after he burnt 23 other people?
3rdly... with the money, It seems like a joke... it seems like im the bad guy... I cant believe you would actually burn me instead of help me... I play this game to have fun and it seems like you do absolutely nothing to make it enjoyable... I am not QQ'in but in game you dont even have the time to talk to you players even when its a Tuesday night at 03:00 hrs. Its really bad on your side.
