Continued In-Game Harassment. . .

Of myself and my guildies. I have sent in multiple tickets against the party(parties? possibly at this point) who continue to harass me in game. As I stated in another thread that was not responded to, it is the father of a girl I dated who continues to threaten and slander my name. I have ignored many of his toons, but they keep coming out of the woodworks. Honestly this individual needs to be banned or face some soft of punishment.

I have gone to the police for the threats on my life but the local cops said they have no way to prove it is him on the account at the time of the threats. I'm honestly at wits end with this and wish to see this individual banned.

Here's another kicked to the whole situation. . he went to his daughters school, whom my current GF also attends. (She's a senior, 18 years of age). I was supposed to be going to prom with her, but after telling the school I wrote that poem ABOUT their daughter, the school not only harassed my current girlfriend, asking her I have ever been abusive to her or ever threatened to hit her. I have been banned from the schools prom. I attempted to contact the Principal and even the Superintendent, but all of my attempts have been "We heard a story. You don't get to tell your side. Bye". I know the news media would have a field day about a kid being banned from a prom for freedom of speech, but then that involves letting that grotesque poem see the light of day.

Threats of real life violence are something that we take quite seriously indeed. As this issue appears to have already been drawn to the attention of your local authorities, it seems that this situation is on the right track. If you genuinely believe that you are in danger, it is probably best that you continue your contact with those agencies. I will arrange for an email containing further information to be sent to the registered email address of the account you are posting from.

If you feel that you have been subject to harassment, then you can submit an in-game petition and our staff will investigate the situation thoroughly and take appropriate action. In such a case, it is best to use the /ignore feature and eliminate contact with the other party to the situation, and to please let us know if there is an apparent effort to circumvent the /ignore system via your in-game report.

Finally, please keep in mind that all aspects of a potential harassment scenario are investigated by our staff.

Sadly I've had to put in another ticket on this individual. Here's hoping something happens.

Curious, I do not see the new petition. Did you happen to submit it from this account? Also, you did use the /ignore feature to help prevent further in-game contact, I hope?

My bad :)

No worries! I try to keep things civil, and thanks for the acknowledgment.
