Is there anyway you can take back the mount so I can get a rocket, or will there be some way to trade it in? This whole thing is very disappointing.

There has always been a one mount/one character claim on the refer a friend reward.

It wasn't known at first when this might be released, but to my knowledge, it was always crystal clear that if you've claimed one, the other wouldn't be an option for that particular claim - and that if you wanted the zheevra instead, it needed to be claimed BEFORE it turned into the rocket option.
