Marks of honor and honor points

hi, can someone tell me how do i turn in quests that require marks of honor from each battleground, now that they are no longer obtainable in battlegrounds?

is there any other place i can spend my honor points besides the npc in orgrimmar?

I'm afraid that you can no longer earn these Marks of Honor; however, you can turn in individual Marks of Honor for Commendations of Service. Please visit a Horde Warbringer to make this swap.

You can use Honor Points in a number of different locations including the vendors in Orgrimmar and the Underbelly of Dalaran. :)
