Server change plus faction change ?

I'm a night elf hunter on server, Galakrond. My friend is a horde warlock on server, Dalvengyr. I want to play with him and raid with him so i've decided to go to his server. But that means i'll have to change servers AND faction change? $25 for the server change and then $30 for the faction change? Or when i change servers do i get to change factions?

I'm afraid that you must purchase a Faction Change and Paid Character Transfer if you'd like to change both factions and realms, Malar. We do not currently offer both services at a discounted price or in a single transaction.
